Aras, fornitore di piattaforma low-code, annuncia che MacGregor, attivo nel settore della movimentazione sostenibile di carichi marittimi, con una filiale in Italia a Genova, ha utilizzato Aras Innovator per sviluppare ulteriormente OnWatch Scout, il servizio di manutenzione predittiva basato sullo stato delle attrezzature installate e sulla previsione di eventuali guasti potenziali.
La soluzione, premiata con il SMART4SEA Technology award, unisce i dati di performance dei componenti essenziali a bordo di una nave e fornisce informazioni in tempo reale, maggiore usabilità e un controllo avanzato dei dati per la manutenzione delle navi. E’ stato sviluppato da MacGregor come step ulteriore nell’offerta dei servizi digitali dell’azienda, in cui la conoscenza ingegneristica del servizio viene digitalizzata per fornire ai clienti le informazioni necessarie.
MacGregor ha sviluppato ulteriormente il concetto iniziale di OnWatch Scout e ha implementato funzionalità aggiuntive, che rendono facilmente disponibile una configurazione di digital twin di una nave. Così facendo viene creato il contesto per associare i dati di performance in modo da migliorare ulteriormente le previsioni di affidabilità delle prestazioni dell’attrezzatura e consentendo la pianificazione tempestiva della manutenzione.
Queste potenzialità combinate creano una soluzione di manutenzione prescrittiva che avvisa il team tecnico quando l’attrezzatura necessita di intervento e fornisce raccomandazioni step by step su come affrontare il problema.
