Volotea rinnova e rafforza la struttura del capitale sociale
Volotea ha annunciato il completamento del processo di rafforzamento della propria base azionaria, con l’ingresso di cinque nuovi investitori che supporteranno la strategia di crescita della compagnia e la continua crescita che si è prefissata.
Si tratta di cinque diverse società di private equity e family office di base negli Usa (tra cui Elysium LLC e HRS Management) e in Europa (Meridia Capital, Rijn Capital e Rocinante).
I nuovi azionisti prendono il posto di CCMP e Corpfin, che hanno giocato un ruolo chiave nel lancio di Volotea nel 2011, supportando l’espansione della compagnia che ora comprende nel proprio network 78 città.
