Francoforte inizia l’anno con dati in calo
Risultati in flessione per l’aeroporto di Francoforte a gennaio, quando i passeggeri sono stati 4,6 milioni, lo 0,7% in meno rispetto allo stesso mese dello scorso anno. Il decremento è dovuto soprattutto alle deboli performance del mercato domestico ed europeo e in seguito alla cancellazione di molti voli da e per la Cina in conseguenza del Coronavirus. In diminuzione anche i movimenti aerei, scesi del 3,4% a 36.391 unità così come il cargo che ha perso l’8,6% a 149.217 tonnellate. Anche altri scali appartenenti al Gruppo Fraport hanno riportato dati negativi. E’ il caso dell’aeroporto di Lubiana, in Slovenia, che ha subito una diminuzione del 27,1% a 75.495 passeggeri, a causa in particolare della bancarotta di Adria Airways e dei due aeroporti brasiliani di Fortaleza e Porto Alegre (-1,6% a circa 2 milioni di passeggeri). I 14 aeroporti greci che appartengono a Fraport hanno invece guadagnato l’1,4% per un totale di 626.299 passegggeri mentre i due aeroporti bulgari di Burgas e Varna sono saliti del 22,8% a 83.434 passeggeri. Bene anche l’aeroporto di Alntalya, in Turchia, che ha registrato un miglioramento del 5,7% a 927.42° passeggeri mentre Pulkovo, in Russia, con 1,3 milioni ha messo a segno un +8%. L’aeroporto di Xi’an, in Cina, ha invece subito una contrazione del 6,5% a 3,5 milioni di passeggeri.
