Cura Italia: 600 milioni per il trasporto aereo, Alitalia verso la nazionalizzazione
Ci sono anche misure per il trasporto aereo nel Cura Italia, il Decreto del presidente del consiglio dei ministri varato il 16 marzo per sostenere lavoratori e imprese a seguito dell’emergenza Coronavirus. La norma più importante riguarda sicuramente Alitalia. Un articolo del decreto prevede infatti la “costituzione di una nuova società interamente controllata dal ministero dell’Economia e delle Finanze, ovvero controllata da una società a prevalente partecipazione pubblica anche indiretta, in considerazione della situazione determinata dall’emergenza sulle attività di Alitalia – Società Aerea Italiana S.p.a. e di Alitalia Cityliner S.p.a. entrambe in amministrazione straordinaria”. Si tratta di fatto di una nuova nazionalizzazione per la compagnia italiana.Il governo istituisce anche un fondo da 600 milioni di euro per far fronte ai danni subiti dal settore aereo. “È istituito un fondo con una dotazione di 600 milioni di euro per l’anno 2020. Con decreto del ministro dell’Economia e delle Finanze da adottare di concerto con il ministro dello Sviluppo economico si prevede che siano stabiliti gli importi da destinare alle singole finalità previste dal presente articolo”. Tra le varie misure previste anche il riconoscimento di compensazioni per i danni subiti dalle imprese titolari di licenza di trasporto di passeggeri che esercitano oneri di servizio pubblico.
