Roma: la Gdf individua 29 irregolarità negli impianti distribuzione carburanti
La Guardia di Finanza di Roma ha individuato ventinove casi di irregolarità in tutta la provincia nel corso dei controlli svolti oggi a tappeto sugli impianti stradali di distribuzione di carburanti, al fine di riscontrare il rispetto della normativa in materia di disciplina prezzi, il corretto funzionamento degli strumenti di erogazione, nonché della disciplina fiscale di settore.
Ventisei pattuglie della provincia, dalla prima mattina, hanno visitato gli impianti di distribuzione della rete stradale, controllando 124 esercizi.
Le violazioni riscontrate attengono in 17 casi all’assenza dei prezzi sulla carreggiata ovvero alla differenza tra i prezzi di vendita esposti al pubblico, nelle formule ‘servito’ e ‘self service’, e quelli effettivamente praticati.Tre i casi di alterazioni degli apparecchi di erogazione; in nove impianti è stata riscontrata la difformità tra le giacenze effettive e quelle risultanti dalla contabilità.
