Enav: contratto dal 500mila dollari con Maldives Airports Company
Il Gruppo Enav, attraverso la controllata IDS AirNav, si è aggiudicato un contratto con Maldives Airports Company (MACL) per un valore di circa 500.000 dollari. L’accordo prevede la fornitura, l’installazione e la messa in esercizio del sistema di gestione dei messaggi aeronautici AMHS (Aeronautical Message Handling System) presso l’aeroporto internazionale Velana di Malè. Si tratta dello scalo principale dell’arcipelago maldiviano sul quale transitano, ogni anno, 4,3 milioni di passeggeri e 64mila voli. È dotato, oltre che dei terminal per i voli internazionali e locali, anche di un terminal “Seaplane” dedicato agli idrovolanti.
L’AMHS è la piattaforma tecnologica di ultima generazione per lo scambio di dati aeronautici tra tutti gli attori coinvolti nelle operazioni di volo: air navigation service provider, gestori aeroportuali, forze armate e fornitori di informazioni meteo.
Maldives Airports Company si aggiunge così al portafoglio clienti, 130 in tutto il mondo, a cui il Gruppo Enav fornisce il proprio know-how e le proprie tecnologie, che spaziano dalla fornitura e installazione di piattaforme tecnologiche alla consulenza e training in ambito aeronautico.
