Tasse sugli aerei: Leoni incontra Passera
La problematica dell’imposizione erariale sugli aeromobili privati dell’aviazione generale è stata affrontata dal commissario straordinario dell’Aero Club d’Italia, senatore Giuseppe Leoni, nell’incontro che ha avuto, il 22 febbraio, con il ministro delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti, Corrado Passera, al quale ha illustrato in modo dettagliato, secondo una nota dell’AeCI, “la realtà del nostro mondo aviatori” evidenziando “l’evidente iniquità dell’imposizione in argomento” e pertanto, “un opportuno emendamento”.Passera, spiega ancora l’Ente “ha dimostrato sensibilità alla tematica e grande attenzione alla proposta del sen. Leoni tesa, tra l’altro, a ridurre sensibilmente l’entità dell’imposta, all’esclusione totale dell’imposta per gli auto costruiti e storici, all’estensione del periodo temporale per il quale è prevista l’esenzione impositiva ai velivoli stranieri in sosta nel nostro paese”. Nell’emendamento presentato, ispirato a studi realizzati in sinergia con AOPA-Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, è stato, poi, ipotizzato il reperimento di risorse tributarie in alternativa al mancato gettito derivante dalla minore imposizione fiscale sugli aeromobili dell’aviazione generale. “Il ministro Passera – prosegue la nota AeCI – ha ampiamente rassicurato il sen. Leoni che provvederà a sottoporre al ministro dell’Economia e delle Finanze la proposta, al fine individuare una adeguata e rapida soluzione alla problematica sollevata”.
