Gli aeroporti italiani collocati in “deserti infrastrutturali”
Per migliorare i collegamenti commerciali occorre dare maggiore importanza alla rete dei porti e degli aeroporti, collocati in “deserti infrastrutturali”.Così il senatore Filippi, Presidente dell’VIII gruppo dellaCommissione Lavori Pubblici del Senato, durante il convegno Grandi Opere in Italia, promosso dalla Fondazione Fastigi (Formazione Addestramento Scienza Tecnologia Ingegneria Galleria e Infrastrutture) svoltosi il 23 marzo a Roma. Il convegno è stato indetto per fare il punto sulla situazione dei lavori previsti dal Programma delle Infrastrutture Strategiche varato dal Cipe dopo l’approvazione della“legge obiettivo” approvata dal Parlamento nel 2001.Hanno partecipato Alessandro Focaracci (presidente FondazioneFASTIGI), Michele Dau (vice segretario generale CNEL) Paolo Buzzetti (presidente Ferdercostruzioni), Federico Bortoli (Istituto Grandi Infrastrutture), Angelo Maria Cicolani (Pdl), membro della V Commissione Programmazione Economica e Bilancio del Senato, Marco Filippi (PD), presidente Gruppo VIII Commissione Lavori Pubblici eComunicazioni del Senato. Giorgio Santilli del Sole 24 Ore hacoordinato i lavori.Gli interventi hanno evidenziato la situazione drammatica causata dalla mancanza di risorse e di finanziamenti, che impedisce ai lavori di procedere nei tempi necessari per contribuire alla creazione di una rete trans-europea dei trasporti.Tra gli altri progetti, il Programma delle Infrastrutture Strategiche prevede un sistema di allacciamenti ai grandi hub aeroportuali. A causa della carenza di risorse e di finanziamenti, però, il programma procede a rilento: il costo totale per i collegamenti ferroviari agli aeroporti di Venezia e Verona è di 314 milioni di euro, ma per adessoè disponibile solo un milione. Il sistema di trasporto rapido di massa a guida vincolata a Parma, invece, è stato revocato con D.L. del 25 marzo 2010.
