Decreto semplificazioni: regole più rigide per i divieti di circolazione aggiuntivi
Con una modifica al regolamento del Codice della strada è stato definitivamente stabilito che i giorni di divieto di circolazione aggiuntivi, rispetto a quelli festivi, devono essere individuati in modo da contemperare le esigenze di sicurezza stradale, con gli effetti che i divieti stessi determinano sulle attività di autotrasporto nonché sul sistema economico produttivo nel suo complesso. Lo certifica il Decreto Semplificazione che è stato definitivamente approvato dalla Camera dei Deputati e che contiene numerose novità legate al settore dell’autotrasporto tra cui appunto quella sui divieti. Nel testo di legge è stata inoltre abrogata la disposizione che prevedeva la possibilità per il Ministro di includere tra i giorni di divieto anche quelli precedenti o successivi i giorni festivi.
Novità importanti anche sulla taratura del cronotachigrafo che la dovrà avvenire ogni 2 anni anziché ogni anno, come in precedenza. Sul controllo dispositivi di combustione e scarico autoveicoli il decreto prevede che, a decorrere dall’anno 2012, il controllo obbligatorio delle emissioni dei gas di scarico degli autoveicoli sarà effettuato esclusivamente al momento della revisione obbligatoria del mezzo.
Semplificata anche la procedura per il rinnovo della patente agli ottantenni che non avverrà più davanti ad una Commmissione medica locale ma secondo la normale dimostrazione dei requisiti psicofisici previsti per gli altri conducenti e per la validità fissa di due anni.
