Logistica: scorte e magazzini, a giugno il seminario del Liuc
Il C-log, Centro di Ricerca sulla Logistica dell’Università Cattaneo LIUC, organizza un seminario di formazione sul tema : “Scorte e magazzini sotto controllo: strumenti e metodi per la gestione ottimale degli stock”. L’incontro si terrà il 13 e 14 Giugno 2012 pressol’Università Carlo Cattaneo LIUC di Castellanza.
Il seminario si propone di fornire ai partecipanti un quadro esaustivo delle attività di pianificazione delle scorte lungo la supply chain, attraverso l’analisi delle metodologie più utilizzate per la gestione e il controllo delle scorte e per il calcolo delle scorte di sicurezza, analizzando i workflow tipici del processo e arrivando infine ad evidenziare la copertura applicativa da parte dei più comuni software e applicativi gestionali.
Nelle due giornate è previsto il continuo alternarsi tra lezioni teoriche ed esemplificazioni di carattere applicativo, al fine di fornire ai partecipanti le giuste leve operative per affrontare le diverse scelte di progettazione del sistema di gestione e controllo delle scorte.
