ITA Airways: due offerte per l’acquisto della compagnia italiana
Scaduti i termini per presentare offerte vincolanti per l’acquisto della compagnia di bandiera ITA Airways, attualmente controllata al 100% dal Ministero dell’Economia.
Nella giornata di ieri è arrivata l’offerta vincolante per l’acquisto di una quota di maggioranza da parte di Lufthansa insieme a MSC. A riferirlo è stata l’agenzia di stampa tedesca Dpa. Già a fine gennaio il Gruppo MSC aveva manifestato l’interesse ad acquistare la maggioranza di ITA, indicando come partner commerciale Lufthansa.
Una seconda offerta vincolante è stata presentata dal fondo Usa di private equity Certares, che lavora con Air France-Klm e Delta. A riferirlo è il quotidiano “Handelsblatt”, aggiungendo che il Ministero dell’Economia non si è al momento espresso sulla questione.
I dettagli non sono ancora noti, ma quel che è certo finora è che lo Stato ha posto come condizione il mantenimento di una quota di minoranza nell’azienda.
Un’altra condizione vuole che almeno la metà delle azioni sia detenuta da un’impresa europea. A tal proposito Certares avrebbe fondato una propria società di capitali con sede a Milano.
