Diritti aeroportuali: Grecia e Polonia rischiano il deferimento alla Corte di giustizia
Grecia e Polonia prendano le misure necessarie affinché nel loro diritto nazionale siano trasposte le regole dell’Unione europea a garanzia della trasparenza e del carattere non discriminatorio dei diritti aeroportuali. Questo l’avviso motivato conformemente alle procedure di infrazione dell’Unione europea che la Commissione europea, rifacendosi alla direttiva sui diritti aeroportuali adottata del marzo 2009, ha inviato il 22 marzo a Grecia e Polonia. Se entro due mesi questi due paesi non daranno notizia delle misure che devono ancora intraprendere per conformarsi al diritto dell’Ue, la Commissione potrà adire alla Corte di giustizia dell’Unione europea. In proposito la Commissione ricorda che uno dei principi alla base di queste regole è che il passeggero non deve pagare di più di quanto paga per viaggiare all’interno dell’Ue.
