Pedaggi: Cna-Fita, gli aumenti danneggiano il settore
Preoccupa molto l’aumento dei pedaggi autostradali la Cna-Fita, secondo cui “la situazione generale dell’autotrasporto è decisamente compromessa dai numerosi aumenti delle accise e del prezzo del gasolio accumulati dallo scorso aprile incessantemente fino ad oggi”.
La scorsa settimana, si legge in una nota dell’organizzazione di categoria, in un incontro tra il Ministero dei trasporti e tutte le maggiori associazioni rappresentanti l’autotrasporto, “è stata confermata la disponibilità dell’esecutivo a valutare una mensilizzazione dei rimborsi delle accise che attualmente vengono saldate dopo un anno. La richiesta, avanzata dalla nostra associazione già a partire dallo scorso luglio, rappresenterebbe un passo importante nella direzione di un complessivo sblocco della questione gasolio. Il provvedimento da solo non è sufficiente a risolvere il problema generale del caro carburante ma consentirebbe almeno un alleggerimento della pressione finanziaria sul fronte della accise”.
“Nell’attesa che il governo ci informi tempestivamente sugli esiti delle verifiche che si è impegnato a fare – prosegue la nota – crediamo sia comunque perseguibile da subito la
possibilità di rimborsare le accise del 2011 tra gennaio e febbraio 2012 e non a giugno, anticipando così di quattro mesi le procedure. Per i rimborsi del 2011 le coperture finanziarie già vi sono e il problema sarebbe solo procedurale. Tra aprile e dicembre 2011 – afferma il presidente nazionale Cna-Fita Cinzia Franchini – sono stati effettuati tutti gli ultimi aumenti delle accise e questo provvedimento consentirebbe di recuperare per tempo risorse finanziarie che gli autotrasportatori hanno anticipato aggravando la loro crisi di liquidità. Sarebbe un segnale di buona volontà”.
