Unatras: a rischio il patto con l’autotrasporto
“L’autotrasporto non può più aspettare: la crisi economica, il vertiginoso aumento dei costi del gasolio e delle assicurazioni stanno mettendo alle corde le imprese di trasporto”.
Lo scrive Unatras in un comunicato diramato oggi. La federazione che raccoglie la quasi totalità delle associazioni del settore minaccia di rompere la pace sociale se il governo non manterrà gli impegni presi con il mondo dell’autotrasporto.
“La categoria aspetta ancora di poter utilizzare gli strumenti normativi che sono stati concordati con il protocollo d’intesa firmato lo scorso diciassette giugno – si legge ancora nella nota – l’Agenzia delle Entrate blocca le procedure per consentire i controlli a carico dei committenti del trasporto previsti dalla legge 133 del 2008. In questo modo, il rispetto dei costi minimi di sicurezza e l’osservanza dei tempi di pagamento non trovano alcuna applicazione concreta; il Ministero dei Trasporti non assume alcuna iniziativa per emanare il decreto necessario per definire le modalità per i tempi di carico e scarico delle merci; l’Osservatorio, che è l’organismo deputato a elaborare i costi di esercizio per i contratti scritti, è nei fatti bloccato.
“La presidenza dell’Unatras – conclude il comunicato – ha deciso che, pur prendendo atto positivamente del fatto che l’Esecutivo ha stanziato nella Legge finanziaria le risorse così come era stato concordato con il mondo dell’autotrasporto, è pronta a valutare l’opportunità di rompere il patto sulla pace sociale nell’ipotesi in cui il Governo non dia veloci e concreti segnali per dare attuazione alle norme di legge che sono state emanate a seguito dell’intesa sottoscritta”.
