Unatras: sull’83bis Governo in ritardo, rischio tensioni
L’Unatras ha scritto al Ministro Passera, al Viceministro Ciaccia ed al Sottosegretario Improta, chiedendo che, dando seguito agli impegni presi con la categoria, il Governo acceleri le procedure amministrative affinché il decreto sulle sanzioni previste dall’articolo 83 bis della Legge 133/2008, entri presto in vigore.
“Nell’ultimo incontro con i rappresentanti di categoria dell’autotrasporto – si legge nella lettera a firma del segretario generale Pasquale Russo – il Governo si era impegnato a rendere operative le procedure per applicare, in tempi rapidi, le sanzioni previste al comma 14 dell’articolo 83 bis della Legge 133/2008 e successive modifiche”. A tutt’oggi “sono trascorsi – prosegue il testo – più di due mesi da quell’impegno, ma purtroppo non abbiamo ancora ricevuto notizia della conclusione dell’iter amministrativo necessario affinché il decreto entri in vigore”.
Secondo Unatras “questo ritardo, impedendo di fatto la possibilità di applicare le citate sanzioni, priva di efficacia lo strumento previsto dall’articolo 83 bis, il quale, pertanto, non raggiunge il suo scopo fondamentale, ovvero quello di assicurare la regolarità del mercato dell’autotrasporto”.
E Russo conclude: “Le imprese di autotrasporto confidano in un’applicazione immediata di questa normativa, ma il ritardo con cui ciò sta avvenendo rischia di far crescere la tensione nel settore”.
