Confetra: recuperare gap logistico del Paese
Il costo della logistica tradizionale in Italia supera dell’11% la media europea, con conseguenze che ricadono su tutti i consumatori. E’ questo uno dei dati emersi oggi durante la 66a assemblea annuale dii Confetra dal titolo “La logistica italiana”.
La ricerca Confetra ha evidenziato che il gap di competitività che pesa sul sistema italiano è stimabile intorno ai 12 miliardi di euro.
“Dotare l’Italia di una forte industria logistica – ha dichiarato Fausto Forti, presidente Confetra – significa non soltanto sostenere la competitività dell’economia nazionale, ma anche contribuire ad allargare la base produttiva del Paese”.
“La logistica italiana ha un’incidenza sul Pil del 7% – ha precisato Antonio Marzano, presidente Cnel (Consiglio Nazionale dell’Economia e del Lavoro) -, più o meno come nella media europea, ma potrebbe essere molto di più. Una logistica inefficiente ferisce la competitività dell’intero sistema produttivo. Vi sono settori che soffrono di più, ad esempio la nostra portualità che potrebbe essere un vantaggio per ragioni naturali, di fatto annullato per inefficienza o insufficienza. Molto si può fare però con la politica del territorio efficiente, del sistema integrato, della semplificazione amministrativa, del concerto interregionale e del cofinanziamento pubblico e privato”.
Il rapporto Confetra evidenzia anche margini di miglioramento con un potenziale di recupero del settore che può superare gli 8 miliardi di euro.
“In tempi brevi – ha sottolineato il ministro delle Infrastrutture Matteoli, presente all’assemblea – sarà pronto il Nuovo Piano della Logistica, un catalizzatore di tutti gli interventi per i prossimi tre anni. Già definita anche una revisione a livello comunitario delle reti Ten (Trans European Network). Revisione che, su richiesta del nostro Paese, porterà ad un nuovo approccio: dalla logica dei ‘corridoi’ a quella delle reti integrate”.
