Logistica: Ceva rinnova partnership con Kpn
Ceva Logistics, uno dei più importanti operatori logistici al mondo, ha esteso per altri tre anni la collaborazione con Kpn, il principale operatore di telecomunicazioni nei Paesi Bassi. La partnership, iniziata nel 2003, prevede che Ceva fornisca a Kpn servizi di inbound, stoccaggio ed elaborazione degli ordini, distribuzione e trasformazione, supportati da un Sistema di Gestione del Magazzino (Wms) completamente integrato con i sistemi di Kpn. Questi servizi di base sono completati da servizi speciali di trasporto aereo e via mare, servizi di consegna sicura e da un’ampia gamma di servizi, realizzati su misura sulle esigenze specifiche di Kpn. Sulla base di questo nuovo accordo, Kpn e Ceva creeranno un’infrastruttura in cui verranno incorporate le più moderne tecnologie per la sostenibilità. Baptiest Coopmans, Executive Board Member di Kpn, ha dichiarato: “La continuazione della nostra partnership con Ceva è un passo importante nella nostra ricerca di efficienza e servizio al cliente. In un mercato molto competitivo quale quello delle telecomunicazioni, il servizio al cliente e la realizzazione di soluzioni flessibili sono cruciali. Negli anni precedenti Kpn è stata in grado di ampliare la partnership con Ceva includendo nuove linee di prodotti e servizi aggiuntivi: come veri partner abbiamo un alto livello di integrazione dei processi, per garantire processi trasparenti e scambio di dati. Per i prossimi anni ci siamo posti obiettivi ambiziosi per un’ulteriore ottimizzazione delle attività”.
Ceva Group plc, annuncia inoltre ottimi ricavi e un rafforzamento degli utili per il terzo trimestre 2010.
