Autostrade: Lupi, le tariffe non possono aumentare
“Le tariffe autostradali non possono aumentare”. Lo ha dichiarato il ministro delle Infrastrutture Maurizio Lupi durante una conferenza stampa all’aeroporto di Ronchi dei Legionari.
“Bisogna verificare la possibilità nel dialogo con l’Europa di trovare un modo per attenuare le tariffe autostradali a fronte del fatto che gli investimenti sono necessari”, ha spiegato Lupi, dopo aver affermato che i metodi possibili per fare ciò sono ”la proroga o l’accorpamento: la Francia l’ha già fatto e ci sono altri casi in cui questo è avvenuto a fronte investimenti assolutamente importanti”.
A livello nazionale, ha spiegato, invece “non è il governo che prende l’iniziativa, ma il Parlamento attraverso la eventuale ratifica del decreto Sblocca Italia. In caso di approvazione le singole concessionarie dovranno ripresentare un piano, secondo i criteri del decreto, entro il 31 dicembre 2014. Oltre a questa strada ce ne potrebbero essere altre, come il valore del subentro”.
Lupi ha poi precisato che si sta ”lavorando nel dialogo con istituzioni e concessionarie per un unico interesse: non le lobby delle società di autostrade ma l’interesse dei cittadini”.
Il ministro Lupi ha parlato anche della Terza Corsia della A4 (Venezia-Trieste), definita “un’opera di interesse strategico nazionale”. Dopo aver ricordato che la convenzione con la concessionaria Autovie Venete è in scadenza al 2017, Lupi ha evidenziato che il piano finanziario di questa prevede ulteriori 1,4 miliardi di investimenti in questi ultimi tre anni (da oggi al 2017), ma anche un aumento delle tariffe partendo da un minimo del 13% annuo.
