Genova, Ponte Morandi: Toninelli, sfida difficile ma ci stiamo impegnando per tornare alla normalità
“Siamo di fronte ad una sfida difficile, ma andiamo avanti con determinazione affinché una comunità colpita al cuore possa al più presto tornare alla normalità e trarre anzi da questa tragedia l’occasione di un complessivo rilancio”. È l’impegno assicurato dal ministro delle Infrastrutture e Trasporti, Danilo Toninelli, nel corso del question time al Senato. “La tragedia che ha colpito la comunità nazionale il 14 agosto poteva e doveva essere evitata. 43 persone hanno perso la vita e vi sono state ricadute disastrose per la città di Genova, per i suoi cittadini, e più in generale per tutto il Paese, data l’importanza strategica del polo industriale e commerciale genovese”.
“Il Governo – ha sottolineato Toninelli – è intervenuto con grande tempestività, con un massiccio dispiegamento di mezzi e risorse umane e materiali e tutte le istituzioni, congiuntamente, hanno profuso i loro sforzi per attenuare nell’immediato i disagi delle popolazioni colpite e per provvedere necessità nel medio termine alle loro necessità più impellenti”.
“Infatti, oltre ai primi provvedimenti d’urgenza disposti dal Commissario del Governo già nelle ore immediatamente successive al crollo del Ponte, nel decreto attualmente all’esame del Parlamento sono state introdotte – ha detto il ministro – misure fiscali a sostegno degli sfollati e delle imprese danneggiate, misure finanziarie per il trasporto pubblico locale a favore della Regione Liguria, risorse destinate al porto di Genova per l’ottimizzazione deiflussi logistici e per l’istituzione di una zona logistica semplificata, che si somma alla creazione di una zona franca urbana finalizzata a dare sostegno alle aziende”.
Sarà completata entro questo mese l’analisi relativa alla realizzazione del Terzo Valico mentre quella relativa alla Gronda di Genova, che avrebbe visto comunque avviare i suoi lavori nei primi mesi del 2019, giungerà a definizione entro il mese di dicembre, ha spiegato poi Toninelli nel corso del question time al Senato. “Sono in atto le valutazioni degli esperti, condotte secondo la metodologia e i criteri espressi nelle Linee guida per la valutazione delle opere pubbliche emanate dal Mit con decreto del giugno 2017”, ha riferito Toninelli.
