Infrastrutture: Serracchiani sigla tre accordi con la Serbia
Debora Serracchiani, in visita ufficiale a Belgrado, ha siglato tre accordi di collaborazione che vanno a inquadrarsi nel progetto più ampio che vede diverse aziende del Friuli Venezia Giulia operare attivamente in Serbia. Presenti anche l’ambasciatore d’Italia a Belgrado Giuseppe Manzo e del vicepremier e ministro alle Infrastrutture e ai Trasporti Zorana Mihajlovic.
Il primo accordo è stato sottoscritto dal consorzio “Corridoio Italia-Serbia”, costituito dall’Interporto di Pordenone, con il consorzio Serbijatransport. Obiettivo del protocollo, traendo anche spunto dal progetto “Destinazione Kragujevac”, Tavolo di lavoro su infrastrutture e logistica attivato da Finest e dallo stesso Interporto della Destra Tagliamento, è l’avvio di studi ed analisi sui problemi del traffico, del dumping e la creazione di un “borsino” per la regolamentazione del traffico per l’autotrasporto.
Sempre Finest e la Camera di Commercio e Industria serba di Belgrado, che rappresenta tutte le realtà economiche del Paese, hanno siglato l’accordo di collaborazione per un rinnovato scambio di informazioni bilaterale, lo sviluppo di iniziative volte all’internazionalizzazione delle aziende e all’incremento dell’ import/export.
Questi due progetti, è stato osservato, potranno trovare anche inserimento in progettualità con finanziamento Ue o attivando risorse della Banca Europea degli Investimenti (BEI) e della BERS, la Banca Europea per la Ricostruzione e lo Sviluppo.
Infine è stato anche firmato l’accordo tra AREA Science Park ed il ministero serbo per l’Istruzione, la Scienza e lo Sviluppo tecnologico per l’attivazione di programmi di formazione e assistenza in tema di trasferimento tecnologico, l’avvio di sistemi territoriali di innovazione, la definizione di progetti di ricerca e sviluppo da “candidare” ai finanziamenti Ue (progetto “Horizon 2020”), il potenziamento dell’uso di strumenti finanziari come il microcredito.
