Autorità dei trasporti: via al servizio di assistenza digitale per migliorare il dialogo con passeggeri e operatori
Sul sito web istituzionale dell’Autorità di regolazione dei trasporti, è disponibile il nuovo servizio di assistenza digitale (chatbot) smARTbot.
Il software, sviluppato con il CSI Piemonte, permette all’Autorità di fornire assistenza digitale in tempo reale via web, tramite una conversazione intelligente che avviene attraverso lo scambio di messaggi di testo in una chat, con lo scopo di fornire informazioni su specifici temi, in modo automatizzato, guidando la navigazione per argomenti.
La chatbot, infatti, simula ed elabora conversazioni umane con lo scopo di fornire supporto agli utenti, consentendo agli stessi di interagire con i dispositivi digitali come se stessero comunicando con un operatore reale. Gli utenti possono interagire con smARTbot, attraverso un percorso guidato per target di utenza, ambiti e argomenti specifici, oppure attraverso l’inserimento di una domanda in linguaggio naturale.
Rafforzata l’attività di comunicazione istituzionale ART
L’assistente digitale ART è volto, in particolare, al miglioramento del dialogo con passeggeri e operatori dei trasporti, al fine di fornire assistenza immediata circa le più comuni procedure di interazione con l’Autorità.
Il servizio smARTbot rafforza l’attività di comunicazione istituzionale ART, grazie a nuovi strumenti digitali che le consentono di raggiungere in modo chiaro e diretto la platea dei target dell’Autorità.
