Porti, al Senato ok alle norme su responsabilità dei piloti
Il testo di modifica al Codice della navigazione in materia di responsabilità dei piloti nei porti, dopo aver ottenuto l’approvazione in Commissione trasporti della Camera, è passato al Senato. Il testo, su cui devono essere presentati gli emendamenti entro venerdì 7 ottobre, dovrà poi essere approvato in aula.
Le nuove norme prevedono in particolare disposizioni in materia di servizi tecnico – nautici. Alla Camera dei deputati era già stata ampliata la responsabilità degli operatori portuali a seconda dei tipi di sinistri occorsi alle imbarcazioni, fermo restando la responsabilità degli armatori e sulla base dei principi dell’ordinamento in vigore.
Sull’iter della riforma sono state impegnate anche le Commissioni Affari costituzionali, Bilancio, Finanze, Lavoro e Politiche dell’Unione europea che hanno tutte espresso parere favorevole alle modifiche introdotte a Montecitorio. I cambiamenti interesseranno in modo particolare i piloti dei porti che pur senza essere membri di equipaggi prestano servizio su una nave, assistendo il capitano dell’imbarcazione.
