Torre del Greco: riqualificazione del Porto Borbonico
Al via i lavori di riqualificazione dell’area portuale di Torre del Greco, in Campania, e in particolare del tratto del molo di Ponente. A darne notizia, la stessa amministrazione comunale che spiega come gli interventi rientrino nel progetto denominato “Riqualificazione del Porto Borbonico di Torre del Greco”, finanziato con i fondi del programma “Più Europa”.
Saranno necessari poco più di tre mesi (190 giorni, per l’esattezza) per portare a compimento l’operazione che prevede “l’adeguamento e il ripristino della pavimentazione stradale di via del Porto; la realizzazione dell’impianto fognario-acque nere; la predisposizione del nuovo impianto di distribuzione idrica; il rifacimento e l’ampliamento dell’impianto di pubblica illuminazione”. Nell’ottica di un programma di lavori che stanno interessando tutta la città, sono previste in futuro operazioni anche su piazzali e passeggiata nella stessa area portuale.
“Per la Capitaneria territorio – afferma il Comandante della Capitaneria di Porto, Rosario Meo – si tratta di un passaggio importante verso la più ampia riqualificazione dell’intera zona portuale e della stessa infrastruttura porto costituente, unitamente al rilancio dei settore economico-marittimi, risorsa di sviluppo per il territorio torrese e volano per tutte quelle economie legate alla risorsa mare”.
