Liberalizzazioni: niente scorporo di Rfi da Fsi
Rete Ferroviaria Italiana resta nel Gruppo Fsi. Salta, nel decreto Salva Italia del 22 dicembre, la separazione proprietaria dell’infrastruttura dalla holding. In realtà sarà la costruenda Authority indipendente sui trasporti a occuparsene, come sollecita anche Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori (Ntv), l’impresa ferroviaria privata di Montezemolo e Della Valle, che affida la sua posizione a una nota. La società ritiene che il decreto sia un documento fondamentale per la definizione della politica dei trasporti in Italia e si augura che il suo contenuto venga quanto prima messo in pratica. Prima però bisogna precisarne i contorni, cioè la collocazione dell’Authority e la precisazione dei suoi compiti come definiti all’articolo 37 dello stesso decreto.
In merito ai presunti effetti negativi prodotti dalla separazione della rete ferroviaria dai servizi, citando l’esempio dell’Inghilterra, Ntv ricorda che questa separazione, pur col rientro in gioco dello Stato, è stata mantenuta. Non solo: nel periodo 1995-2010, l’aumento del traffico viaggiatori nel Regno Unito è stato, secondo i dati in possesso di Ntv, dell’80% a fronte di una media europea del 20%.
